Your nut log with its flaky pastry and divine filling not only delighted my taste buds but took me back to my childhood. My Grandmother always served a wonderful pastry .... it has a pastry much like that on your nut rolls formed into a cup like shape and filled with either poppy seed, apricot, prune, cheese and other fillings. It has been so long, .... Thank you so much for the memory of my childhood and a delicious addition to our Christmas this year. ... Oh, one question, do you produce your nut log all year?
