And another...   I purchased one of your nut rolls at Christman's Meats the other day and I just had to write to let you know how much I am enjoying it.... Your nut log with its flaky pastry and divine filling not only delighted my taste buds but took me back to my childhood. My Grandmother always served a wonderful pastry .... it has a pastry much like that on your nut rolls formed into a cup like shape and filled with either poppy seed, apricot, prune, cheese and other fillings.  It has been so long, ....
